Your agent will be in touch with you on a regular basis. You will also receive copies of all marketing material employed, so you can know what is happening with your home. We will provide feedback from agents and buyers, as well as help you know things you may need to do to make your home sell for the right price.
As the name suggests, this plan incorporates 21 steps toward home selling success:

Your home will be introduced to Arizona real estate agents inside and outside CENTURY 21 All Star Realtors through the CENTURY 21 Property Caravan and the Board of Realtor's Home Tours.

Appointment Only showings will be arranged through our office if desired.

Flyers advertising your home will be available from an information box posted on our sign to provide a quick reference for potential buyers.

A professional Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) will be provided including (if desired) showings at comparable available properties to help you see what your home is competing with on the market.

Open Houses will be arranged by your Agent as agreed.

A keybox will be provided for your home as agreed.

Pre-Qualification of potential buyers we may represent so that when our office actually shows your property, you can be assured the buyer is someone who can afford the home. Our Agents are Certified Residental Finance Specialist (designation RFS).

An oral presentation on your home, including photos will be made to other Realtors at the South East Valley Regional Board or the Phoenix Board of Realters Power Tour.

Weekly communication from your Agent including market updates, advice and guidance as well as a progress report.

Agent assistance in evaluating the condition of your property, and advice on staging your property for showings.

Your property will be featured in regional publications marketing homes for sale.

A "Your New Home" information packet will be provided for showings to aid prospective buyers in their evaluation of the home.
