Builders love US because we bring them business...Builders also love pocketing money so they require that WE be there with you on your first visit when you talk to them. Builders will also lead you to believe this...so they can pocket an extra buck but the truth is you need to call us.

C. Some people believe you can obtain a better deal if you buy a home without a Realtor through a builder.

Example: Shea Homes, one of Arizona's largest homebuilder, will always sell you a home at the same price whether you have a Realtor or not. They even state this in their policies.
